I can offer both short-term, or long-term individual counselling, both standard time or extended sessions which can be conducted via Video or phone. Walk and Talk sessions can also be facilitated. Services can be tailored to meet your unique circumstances.

People often think that counselling is only required in a crisis, though seeking support early or as a way of maintaining your mental health can also reap significant benefits.
